Description

Full-Time On-Site Position in Kampala

As a Sales Agent at Jubilee Health Insurance, you will be the face of our company, helping individuals and businesses secure their health and financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients and customers professionally
  • Provide detailed information about health insurance products
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Assist customers through the application process
  • Maintain strong customer relationships for retention
  • Achieve sales targets and performance goals
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions
  • Participate in ongoing Company Agents programs

Qualifications Required

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field

Experience

Experience in Sales and Insurance industry preferred

Communication

Strong communication and customer service skills

Teamwork

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Digital Skills

Proficient in using digital tools and software

Organization

Highly organized with excellent time management
